We regularly assist lawyers in identifying property in connection with preparation of estate tax returns. When necessary we are quite prepared to provide testimony on our findings.

We understand the duties and responsibilities of fiduciaries and are regularly called upon to assist in the investigation of trustees and executors in connection with changes in fiduciaries or concerns over the performance. Our services include not only examining the financial activities of the fiduciary but also preparation of inception to date accountings as well as valuation of assets. We have also provided testimony on the results of our work in court.
