Robert M. Mundy CPA/ABV, CVA

Robert Mundy has an extensive background in business valuation engagements involving estate and gift tax, mergers and acquisitions, dissenting shareholder actions, divorce and partnership transactions. He has performed valuations on closely-held businesses in a number of different industries including healthcare, retail, manufacturing, professional services, and wholesale distribution. His business experience includes business valuation and auditing positions in a regional public accounting firm.

Robert is a Certified Public Accountant and holds the designation of Accredited in Business Valuation of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In addition, he also is a Certified Valuation Analyst.
