Allen M. Goodrick, ASA, CPA/ABV

Allen received his BBA degree from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1966 and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant with the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy. Allen is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA).

He has earned the Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designation in Business Valuation from the American Society of Appraisers and the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) designation from the AICPA. Allen has served on numerous committees of the TSCPA and its Dallas Chapter. Allen is a former President of the Dallas/Ft. Worth Chapter of the American Society of Appraisers and a former member of the Litigation Support Committee of the TSCPA. Allen also contributes a particular expertise in financial analysis resulting from 25 years of public accounting, audit, taxation and management advisory services. His industry experience includes banking, construction, real estate, telecommunication, information technology, retail, wholesale, distribution, manufacturing, not for profits, and professional service organizations.
